Each workspace is one monthly plan, or take the whole Trak Suite in one. Trak Workforce then adds the hours your crew works, with no per-user fees. During early access we set your price with you. Get early access and we'll talk you through it.

Yes. Crew use the Trak app on their phones to see shifts, book work, check in, and keep their training and documents in one place. Managers use the same app on site and the web workspace on a laptop.

Festival signal is patchy. We'll walk you through how Trak behaves on your site, and what works offline, before you commit.

Most setup is adding your events, roles and crew. During early access we'll help you get your first event running.

Yes. Bring your crew lists and rotas and we'll help you move them across during onboarding.

Access follows each person's role. Admins see the business side, managers see the events they run, and crew see their own shifts, bookings and pay.
